Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup water
- cinnamon, to taste
- chopped walnuts, to taste
- dried cranberries, to taste
- sweetener (maple syrup, brown sugar, etc.), optional
1) Add all ingredients to a microwavable bowl.
2) Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your appliance.
3) Remove from the microwave and stir everything together.
4) Top with fresh fruit of your choice.
I'm totally an oatmeal eater and I do similar breakfasts than this one, but I don't heat it up. Absolutely delicious. :-)
